冰凍的香蕉1根
新鮮的草莓塊85克
牛奶150-200毫升

將冰凍的香蕉去皮後,加入新鮮的草莓塊和牛奶用果汁機攪打勻即可

因香蕉和草莓的甜度已足夠,沒有再加糖分,但有需要的話,可另外加入蜂蜜或果糖,增加甜味
