【簡單免烤】雞蛋布丁
初學者想做甜點,沒烤箱工具又有限,一堆專有名詞動作讓人想放棄,那這款布丁一定要來試看看
免烤箱,免蒸,只要拉一拉,煮一下,超快速又簡單,再放到冰箱凝固幾個小時,好吃的布丁就完成了。

香草夾切開取出香草仔放入牛奶中
剩下的香草殼亦可一起放入煮

開火煮滾熄火

熄火的蛋奶液放入泡軟並擰乾的吉利丁片拌云至無結塊狀
